We found the students needed very supportive environment in the school and lot of motivation to develop sense of belongingness. The majority of parents belong to lower income and lower educational attainment group. Keeping them motivated by periodical engagement is also extremely important. Bio metric attendance is made compulsory to all the staff both in the morning and evening. 48 CCTV cameras were installed in all class rooms, open areas, Playgrounds and Entrance. During my free time I used to go on a round and observe the teaching methods of the teachers and note down their merits and demerits. Immediately after the Mid-term tests and the Terminal exam, students’ performance will be analyzed in detail both section wise and teacher wise. Smart classes are arranged for X, XI and XII STD students. Special Classes are conducted during the holidays and terminal holidays. Coaching classes are conducted from 3.30 PM to 5 PM daily and snacks will be served when the coaching class is extended till 6.00PM. It improved academic achievements of the students.
